Easily the saddest IHOP I have ever been to. There was only one person helping customers. You could tell she was trying hard to help customers and get everyone seated. Bless her heart. There was no manager in sight. The food was cold and undercooked. I understand the situation, but I would not recommend this IHOP to anyone. Something was off here and it was not a very fun dinner for me and my boyfriend.
HAD to check out all the hype of the burgers, not so impressed. I had the jalapeno burger, it wasn't bad per say, just not overly impressed. My daughter's breakfast food was good.
One employee on duty, she was great help, manager wasnt helping, came out and got mad about something went into the back again. one cook, food came out at decent speed, but strawberry syrup was soaked into French toast was more like a mop. Love ihop, but have never been to a more sad and disappointing restaurant. Would not recommend to anyone they should send help from corporate.
This place literally only wasted 20 min of my time. Me and my family sat for that amount of time waiting on someone to ask us if we wanted something to drink or eat. The hostess sat next to the window and watch us waiting, while the server helped everyone but us. For the last 5 Mins of that, we sat aline with no other patrons on the entire side of the building and still didn't get any service. Finally, we got up and walked out past the employees that watched us wait and they didn't even acknowledge us or say "have a nice day". Seeing that we were the only black people there, it's easy to assume that was the cause for the poor service or no service. We went down the street to Waffle House and was serviced immediately. Will never go back to IHOP in Rogers.
Great service. Swiss burger was a little greasy. Classic with bacon was very good.
