The 9 Best Wedding Locations in Arkansas!

Your wedding day is a special one—but you also want to make it a memorable occasion for your friends and family. And one of the best ways to accomplish this is to select a spectacular location. Fortunately, Arkansas is a gorgeous state with plenty of awesome venues. These are our favorite wedding locations.

Garrison Gardens, Texarkana, AR

Garrison Gardens is a spectacular wooded setting in the forests outside Texarkana, AR. A natural stream and waterfall, along with wooden walkways and bridges create a gorgeous backdrop for a ceremony. A large, rustic, well-lighted indoor space can accommodate dancing and dinner.

The Castle on Stagecoach, Little Rock, AR

The Castle on Stagecoach, in Little Rock, is the only castle in the state that is available for weddings and other events. In addition to the gorgeous indoor spaces, the venue’s expansive grounds make for an elegant outdoor setting, whether for photos or the wedding itself.

Sassafras Springs Vineyard and Winery, Springdale, AR

Springdale’s Sassafras Springs Vineyard and Winery offers three striking wedding venues on their grounds. The Winery, itself, has a covered patio, a fireplace and several oversized decks. The Stables provide 3,500 square feet of indoor event space, and The Chapel Ruins are the roofless walls of a former chapel that would be a stunning location for a wedding.

Fordyce Ricks Estate, Hot Springs, AR

A gorgeous outdoor venue with a large lawn and an open-air pavilion, the Fordyce Ricks Estate is located in the beautiful village of Hot Springs, adjacent to Hot Springs National Park. What’s more, the venue is relatively well-priced and has both a kitchen and a dance floor available.

St. John’s Chapel by the Creek & Oakwood Terrace, Benton, AR

St. John’s Chapel by the Creek and Oakwood Terrace is another gorgeous indoor/outdoor wedding location that’s located in Benton. You can hold your special event inside or outside at the chapel or outdoors near the creek. Oakwood Terrace is a covered pavilion that is ideal for a reception space.

Thorncrown Chapel, Eureka Springs, AR

Folks looking for a stunning wedding venue in an Ozarks setting could not do much better than Thorncrown Studio in Eureka Springs. Although you will have to make separate accommodation for a reception, the beauty of this chapel is hard to match. The air conditioned structure is glass and on all sides and sits among the deep, forested Ozarks: All the comfort of indoors with all the beauty of outdoors.

Chapel on the Creeks, Rogers, AR

Chapel on the Creeks, in Rogers, is a beautiful location for a wedding ceremony. The nondenominational chapel is designed with mission sensibilities and is built with authentic, Amish-style post and beam construction. The chapel can accommodate more than 150 guests.

Alda’s Magnolia Hill and the Magnolia Farmhouse, Little Rock, AR

Although it’s located in the heart of Little Rock, Alda’s Magnolia Hill and the Magnolia Farmhouse is a woodland oasis—and a classic wedding venue. The century-old estate sits on 31 acres that includes stately oaks and magnolias, as well as a small lake. The site is ideal for both indoor and outdoor weddings and has reception facilities on the property.

The Clayton House, Fort Smith, AR

The Clayton House is located in Fort Smith’s Belle Grove Historic District and harks back to the city’s Victorian period. The Italianate mansion dates to the 19th Century and offers an elegant and historical setting for a wedding. Incredibly, weddings have been held in the house since 1894.
