Our Dream Jobs
    This is what we've dreamed about doing for some time now. We have been avid homebrewers since 1980, and finally realized our plans for our own brewery. We plan on starting small and building as we go. We are a locally owned nanobrewery, producing quality handcrafted ales and lagers in small batches. Bill Riffle is the award-winning head brewer and Tony Guinn is the assistant brewer. Together we'll bring a variety of beers to north central Arkansas.
    Each of our beers begins with a recipe that we formulate, then the beer is brewed in a 30-gallon batch. Beers include amber ale, India Pale Ale, stout, porter, and Oktoberfest, among others. Because of the nature of our beers, usually each style of beer will be similar to the last batch but not exactly the same.
    Gravity BrewWorks is a work in progress. We opened on November 1, 2013, with the brewery and tasting room open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 12 noon to 8 pm. Tours are available of the brew house. Beers are available to sample in the tasting room, with growlers (1/2 gallon jugs) and quart bottles available to buy and take home. Our batches are small, so we urge visitors to call ahead if they're coming a long distance - we may have run out of the beer you wanted. During winter months it's also a good idea to call ahead, since things can get icy outside.
