The Pancake Shop is well-known for its made-from-scratch pancakes that are served fresh and covered with butter and warm maple syrup. Choose from a variety of pancake flavors, including buttermilk, buckwheat, and blueberry.

Prelude Breakfast Bar, Fayetteville, AR

Since 1984, Calico County has been one of the best places in the Arkansas River Valley to find some great home cookin’. In the middle of all of the delicious breakfast choices, you’ll find some of the best homemade buttermilk pancakes in the state. 

Mud Creek Café, Eureka Springs, AR

This award-winning restaurant is a Eureka Springs favorite. Start your day off at Mud Creek Café, with some amazing pancakes. Check out the sour cream pancakes, either plain or with blueberries. Yum!

The Farmer’s Table Café, Fayetteville, AR

Catch this great breakfast from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Tuesday through Sunday. The Farmer’s Table offers a tasty menu that includes berry lemon curd pancakes, coconut almond pancakes, and sweet potato pancakes, just to name a few.

At the Corner, Little Rock, AR

This family-owned and operated modern restaurant is at the heart of downtown Little Rock. You’ll have to get here early because the pancakes at At the Corner are only served from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Early bird or not, it’s worth getting up early to eat these pancakes!
